Return Policy/Exchange Policy:
We will gladly return or exchange your items as long as the following criteria is met:
- Merchandise is in the same condition as when it was shipped to the customer, including but not limited to appearance, color, odor, unwashed etc.
- Merchandise must have original tag(s) attached.
- Merchandise must accompany its original protective covering, hangers, and/or similar accessories.
- All Return Procedures must be followed.
Please email email@example.com with your order number letting us know if you would like to return or exchange your items. If you are exchanging, please note what color/size/etc you would like instead. For exchanges, you pay to ship back to us and we will pay ship the new item to you.
Any items listed as clearance, final sale and/or discontinued are nonrefundable and will not be exchanged.
