Return Policy/Exchange Policy:
We will gladly return or exchange your items as long as the following criteria is met:
- Merchandise is in the same condition as when it was shipped to the customer, including but not limited to appearance, color, odor, unwashed etc.
- Merchandise must have original tag(s) attached.
- Merchandise must accompany its original protective covering, hangers, and/or similar accessories.
- All Return Procedures must be followed.
Please email sales@dressupclothesforkids.com with your order number letting us know if you would like to return or exchange your items. If you are exchanging, please note what color/size/etc you would like instead. For exchanges, you pay to ship back to us and we will pay ship the new item to you.
Clearance/Final Sale/Discontinued:
Any items listed as clearance, final sale and/or discontinued are nonrefundable and will not be exchanged.
